SUMMARY
  1. This is not about stressing out to change everything at once.  Just begin your journey and do as much as you can until you and your family are eating….REAL FOOD!  We, at our house, let a treat be a treat….so maybe once a week or twice a month we will indulge in pizza or frozen yogurt…or even homemade cookies (made with wholesome, real ingredients)
  2. DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH ON EACH ONE!!
  3. I am just giving you the best choices possible on some things (i.e. unsweetened applesauce isn’t bad nor are frozen veggies)
  4. It is always best to eat dairy organic and in its whole form if you can’t get raw (these packaged yogurts are usually loaded with sugar and usually low fat …or bodies cannot process low fat dairy)
  5. Fake butter is toxic
  6. The only safe artificial sweetener is Stevia (not Truvia) do your research!
  7. Shelf breads are filled with toxins and are no longer real food
  8. Shelf juices (yes, even 100% juicy juice…IS NOT JUICE ANY MORE!) Unless you buy fresh juice which is locally made (and it goes bad in a couple days) it’s just sugary, fruity tasting water.  ….or make your own juice with a juice machine
  9. Whole water, meaning that it has not been filtered or taken out of its original molecular state (filtered water is a better choice than tap) Most tap water has tons of chemicals in it.
  10. Lunchmeat is never the best choice…I’ve found some organic ones that do the job.
  11. Cereal is never good, but if you find a really healthy granola (ex: live-sprouted or raw, sweetened only with fruits or honey) this is better. GIVE UP THAT MORNING CEREAL!!
  12. Hot dogs, spam, sausages, conventional lunchmeat are filled with nitrates and toxic fillers and even unknown meat stuff that isn’t even really meat.  Go to your organic meat section to find a better choice for sausages.
  13. I recommend you do your research on ALL pork products and shell fish. Our family NEVER consumes these things.  I don’t believe they are meant to be eaten.  They are cleaners…meant to clean up the junk from waters and environment.
  14. For those of you just beginning to eat this way, you will detox a little bit. (headache, sore muscles, fatigue, stomach ache, etc..)  It’s just the processed chemicals leaving your body.  This is a good thing!  Don’t give up, just drink a lot of water.  I take Terra Firma every day, which is a daily detox supplement.  This aides the body in getting the toxins out more efficiently.  It also allows my body to digest foods more easily.  I love it and won’t live without it!
AS A RULE REMEMBER:  YOU EAT WHAT THEY EAT!  DO YOUR RESEARCH!

I know that Raw Dairy is hard to find these days.   This is a link to the kind we consume in my home.
  1. AMASAI a yogurt like drink that is loaded with live probiotics and Vitamin K and calcium (great for the fussy kid that won’t eat. This is one of the most nutritious foods on the planet)
  2. SUERO VIV a slightly fruity (don’t expect sweet like Gatorade) drink loaded with probiotics (great for someone wanting to do a 2 to 5 day liquid only fast) our whole family loves these
