Detox To Good Health

Most of us in this western culture (America) have health issues simply because our soils are toxic and depleted of minerals and vitamins. Another big reason we have health issues is because we call things “food” which are not. I refer to them as “food substitutes”. You can refer to my last article for information on these processed foods (or food substitutes).
I’ve had so many positive results from this following meal plan, that I am posting it for you. I believe our bodies are powerful healing machines that, if given the proper nutrients, can heal from anything. Yes! I said anything. So when people come to me for counseling on a health issue, my first response is to get them off “fake food” which is processed foods, and get them on a “real food” or “whole food” meal plan for at least 40 days. I believe it takes at least 40 days for the body to have a long enough chance to detox and repair, and; that’s usually enough time for most people to lose the physical addiction for the “fake food” or “food substitutes” which are removed from their diet.
It’s pretty simple, just not always easy. It depends on how much you want healing and change. It also depends on if you are willing to give up your unhealthy addiction to processed foods. The hard truth is, Most Processed foods provide nothing to nourish the body, therefore it is nothing more than feeding an addiction. So this is a choice!

DETOX
Day one and two: drink only these things with NO solid food
three times a day drink 8 oz water with:
Braggs unfiltered raw apple cider vinegar (2 tbsp)
pinch of cinnamon
pinch of cayenne pepper
RAW Honey
pinch ground ginger
Also drink three times a day:
organic only smoothie with:
Organic Fresh squeezed green apple
organic fresh squeezed lime (one whole)
organic fresh squeezed cucumber
organic fresh squeezed kale or spinach
organic chia seeds (2 tablespoons)
organic fresh squeezed celery
AFTER TWO DAYS BEGIN THESE FOODS AND ONLY THESE FOODS …..FOR 40 DAYS
THE 40 DAYS IS VERY IMPORTANT!!!
Ezekiel Bread (any kind) (No other processed wheat products…pasta, bread from shelf, etc)
organic fresh vegetables (potatoes, sweet pots, broccoli, green beans, pinto beans, black beans, etc)
organic fresh fruits
organic chicken and beef. (NO processed meats…lunch meat, hotdogs, etc….)
organic rice (white or brown) No flavoring….just put in your own sea salt
wild caught ONLY….fish (salmon, mahi mahi, flounder,,,just make sure wild caught)
A little REAL organic butter and veganese made with grape seed oil is OK (no mayo or margarine or any fake butters)
Plain potato chips (No flavored ones!!)
Oatmeal (NO CEREALS….NO GRANOLA….ETC…)
Raw Honey to sweeten things like oatmeal
Raw organic nuts
Organic Eggs
ONLY ORGANIC COFFEE AND TEA
LOTS OF MINERAL WATER!!! (Filtered if you can’t get mineral water)
Almond Butter or Cashew butter. (no peanuts! or peanut butter)
NO SUGAR OR SUGARY FOODS!!!!!
NO SHELF JUICES!!!! ONLY IF IT’S MADE IN FRONT OF YOU WITH ORGANIC FRUITS IN A JUICER MACHINE
STAY AWAY FROM CONDIMENTS (ketchup, mayo….only veganese with grape seed oil…..etc) mustard is ok.
